The MFC-9840CDW is a wireless mutlifunction printer that delivers fast high quality prints at 20ppm, in both mono and colour, at Up to 2400 x 600dpi print resolution.

Colour Copying

Create professional colour and mono copies at the touch of a button, with fast copy speeds and advanced copy features.

Colour Scanning

With a scan resolution of 19,200 x 19,200 dpi, you’ll enjoy quality scans every time. Scan-to-email, OCR, image, FTP or file. iFAX (scan to email) allows documents to be faxed anywhere in the world over the internet.

Colour Faxing

Send and receive colour or mono fax messages using the automatic document feeder to send multiple pages, or the flatbed to fax from bound documents.

Wireless Networking

Built-in wired or wireless network connectivity allows the machine to be easily connected to your network, allowing you to share the machines functionality across your office. Data is encrypted between the PC and printer for added security.

Direct Printing from USB and PictBridge

The MFC-9840CDW offers a unique function for a wireless multifunction printer. The printer allows you to print from, and scan to, a USB memory stick. And if you need to print images, these can be printed directly from your digital camera using the PictBridge interface.

Paper capacity

The Brother MFC-9840CDW comes with a 250 sheet paper tray as standard, but can be upgraded as your needs expand to 750 sheets, plus the 50 sheet multipurpose input. The additional 500 sheet capacity is ideal for handling large print runs or specialist paper types.
